Abstract

The extraction of process of curcuma longa oils with supercritical dioxide CO 2 was studied by using homogeneous experiment. The experiment results showed that the better plan of extracting curcuma longa oils was extraction press 36MPa, extraction temperature 50℃,flux of CO 2 15kg/h, extraction time 3hours respectively.
