An Analysis of the National Sovereignty Right

With rapid development of global integration,the Theory of National Sovereignty faces difficulty.It is of necessity,feasibility and great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the sovereignty formulated in International Law of Sea into Theory of National Sovereignty.Sovereignty right is embodiment of National Sovereignty in practice of international contact and international relationship to advocate national sovereignty and realize national interest.We should have a deep understanding of connections and differences between sovereignty right and national sovereignty and make clear position and function of sovereignty right in theory and practice of sovereignty so as to render theory of national sovereignty out of difficulty and further advance global integration.
