Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the fluctuation of whitefly on poinsettia and provide references for the control of whitefly.[Method] The fluctuation of whitefly on poinsettia was studied by investigated the number of whitefly during different stages of growth period of poinsettia. The optimization comprehensive measures were studied by comparing the control effect on whitefly during different stages by different methods.[Results] Poinsettia had two damaging peaks during whole growth period. The rate of white-stem disease decreased from 30% in 2005 to 1.5% in 2006,and in 2007 there was no sicken plant.[Conclusion] The comprehensive measures of was effective for the control of whitefly.
