Abstract

α-Amylase produced by Bacillus.subtilis HD132 was studied in the paper.The results shown,for α-amylase,the optimal temperature is 60℃,the optimal pH is 6.0,the α-amylase was activated by Ca2+,but inhibited by Cu2+、 Fe2+ and Fe3+.
