Abstract
To investigate the difference between chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmu- noassay for testing athletes' serum testosterone.Methods:Testing the serum testosterone of the same athletes with chemiluminescene immunoassay and radioimmunoassay.Results:There is no difference in testing serum testosterone of the same athlete with chemiluminescence immunoassay or radioimmu- noassay(P>0.05).There is significant correlation between the results of the two methods(P<0.01). Conclusion:The methods of chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmunoassay for testing serum testosterone of athletes are both exact and credible,but chemiluminescene immunoassay has a brighter future for its rapidity,accuracy,sensitivity and the advantage of no pollution.
