Abstract

Objective: To optimize phytase expression condition of the recombinant Pichia pastoris and determin expression condition. Methods: Pichia pastoris cells were cultivated firstly and then phytase was induced, finally phytase activity was measured. Results: Optimal harvest time for phytase is 3d and optimal methanol inducement concentration is 10g/L.Conclusion: 0.4% PTM1 and 0.1% casamino acid can accelerate the phytase expression obviously after inducement is initiated.
