Abstract
A new cooling-tower——cross-closed cooling tower was introduced,the effecting factors to the performance of cross-closed cooling tower were achieved by experimental research,and get the law which can express the factors how to effect the cool-tower′s performance was found out.In the end,some advices were given to improve the methods todesign cooling-tower.
