Combination and Effect of Sense of Responsibility and Mission with Systematic Advantages——Exploration and Thinking of National Reading Campaign: "Hand-in-hand——Rural Teenagers Reading Activity"

The article summarizes and analyzes the status quo of national wide reading campaign,explores and thinks about the experience and its enlightenment of hand in hand—rural teenagers reading campaign,initiated by Library Society of China(LSC) in associated with the Open University of China(OUC),aiming at providing valuable reference for launching rural teenagers' reading campaign.Moreover,according to the problems found in the process of research,the related suggestions and measures are proposed in order to improve the permeability and consistence of the reading campaign.
