Abstract

This paper studies the concept planning of the tourism resources of Xuzhou. First,comprehensively evaluates the tourism resources by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process, Delphi method and Fuzzy Mathematic method. Then, analyses the strengths, weakness,opportunities and threats of Xuzhou. The spatial distribution of the tourism resources is also demonstrated. Based on that, this paper presents the concept planning of tourism resources development in Xuzhou,which discusses the perspectives,spatial organization, development strategy and the first phase planning.
