Abstract
The tight combination of firepower and mobility can produce strong operational effectiveness, which are the main two factors of modeling and simulation in information war.Aimed at the limitations of traditional Lanchester function, which can't describe the firepower and mobility, this paper adopts the Agent based battle simulation system-EINSTein system and then discusses the impact of firepower and mobility to operational damage.
