Abstract
Based on the global and local spatial autocorrelation analyses of Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA),this research investigated the spatial dynamics of regional disparities at the county level in Gansu by analyzing GDP per capita,1992-2006.Results showed that spatial autocorrelation of Gansu Province at the county level is significant. That is,the relatively high(low) developed county tends to be located nearby other high(low) counties more often than expected due to random chance. The relatively high developed counties are located at Hexi corridor and the relatively low ones are located at central, eastern and southern Gansu, which presents a dumbbell pattern.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
