Abstract

The available parameterization design method of UG secondary development,taking the parameterization design of involution spur gear as example,were researched by using UG secondary development tools of UG/Open.In the analysis of involution x zero spur gear design model foundation,three dimensional parameterization model was established,and the gear modeled process was simplified and the design efficiency was enhanced by the compiled procedure.
