Abstract

The authors firstly discussed the definition of pesticide,pesticide residues and food safety,then elucidated the benefits and disadvantages of pesticide,effects of excessive pesticide residues on food safety,and analyzed the primary reasons,finally put forward the measures for controlling pesticide residues and ensuring food safety.
