Abstract
Balb/c mice were immunized with bovine serum albumin and sulfadlmethdme(BSA-SDM),and hybridoma lines that secrete monoclonal antibody against sulfadlmethdme(SDMmAb)were filtered with cell fusion,and the immunological traits of SDMmAb were characterized.The results showed that three hybridoma lines were filtered.The antibody of subclasses IgG1 was isolated.The molecular weight was 178.1Kda,the number of chromosome of the hybridoma cell line was from 76 to 87.Cross-reactivity between the antibody and the other 7 sulfonamides was high.It is proved to be used in immunological research and application for sulfonamides residues analysis.
