On Construction of the Contents and Approaches of Ideological-political Education to Promote Employment

Graduate employment is one of the most important work in colleges and universities.Ideological-political Education should focus on the graduate employment,and construct an effective mechanism to achieve it.Ideological-political education should also construct a content system based on employment concept,employment morality and employment psychology to help students' healthy growth and successful job -hunting,by the means of diverse approaches:full-course education,comprehensive education,diversification of activities,social practice and individual instructing.
