Abstract
The integration extent of air separation unit and gas turbine in IGCC power plant is an important optimization parameter. In order to evaluate the influence of air separation unit integration extent on IGCC performance, process model based on a 400 MW IGCC system is built and an optimized integration rate is obtained. The factors influencing the integration rate determination are discussed and quantitatively analyzed.Analysis results show that the influence of extraction air flow on gas turbine performance is the key factor in determining the ASU integration rate.
