Abstract

The use of graphs to convey information efficiently is important research contents for current visual communication design research.Learning and research of graphic design can't only remain on the surface of graphic form but should discover something deeper behind the graphs. In addition to the fact that contextology is used as a model and practice for understanding art-design research to achieve the breakthrough of graphic art design teaching and practice, the theoretic knowledge related to graphs as well as thinking methods of philosophy, logic, system theory and dialectic should be studied and researched in an in-depth way.Only by carrying out the balanced study of relevant system knowledge of graphics and design practice, can it become an effective way to art-design learning, keeping creating a profound and rich graphic works with cultural connotations and social significance.
