Abstract

Objective To investigate the blood hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) in neonatal respiratory tract infection in clinical significance. Methods Selected 86neonates suflering from respiratory in fections,as observation group and the other 85 cases of newborn take health as control group in whole blood hsCRP quantitative analysis. Results The hsCRP content significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant,P0.01.In addition, the experimental group pneumonia group and bronchitis group of whole blood hsCRP concentration also significantly higher than that of normal control group, the normal control group respectively and compared, differences were significant,P0.01.And with the disease better and gradually reduce. Conclusion Whole blood hsCRP detection in neonatal respiratory infections has important clinical significance of neonatal infection, the diagnosis and curative effect observation has certain clinical application value, worthy of popularization and application.
