I Was Married by My Parents to a Remote Place——Tang Dynasty's Peace-making Marriage and its Poem Creation

Abstract

Peace-making Marriage is an important diplomatic policy in Tang Dynasty to defend national peace.According to historical record,throughout the whole Tang Dynasty,there were 28 princesses for Peace-making Marriage and poems about it are more than 200.Those poems endowed personal feelings with Tang princesses and Zhaojun going out of the frontier,and expressed intellectuals' deep consideration for country.
