Abstract
A method was established to analyze 9 nitrobenzene compounds in sea water by GC/MS with Solid-Phase Extraction. The nitrobenzene compounds were extracted from the sea water with OasisHLB SPE cartridge, and eluted with the n-hexane/acetone and detected by selected ion monitoring mode. The good linear responses and little inference were achieved. The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.03 to 0.10 g/L when the sample volume was 1 L,and the average recoveries were 72.8%~116%(n=6),RSD were 1.2%~5.4%.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of the nitrobenzene compounds in the sea water obtained from Guangxi off-shore.The results showed that the method was suitable to analyze the nitrobenzene compounds in sea water at low concentration levels.
