Abstract
The economic achievement of Korea offers a pattern of modernization which is different from that of the West. Just because of Confucianism tradition ,the distinctness come into being.Generally people realize if individualism adapt to the West,colony of Confucianism must be seasoned with the times of industrialization.The ethic of Confucianism has devoted itself into the modernization of Korea.
