Abstract
Objective:To investigate change of curvature of the cornea in patients with high myopia after LASIK.Methods:From May 2011to May 2013,60patients with LASIK were selected.Posterior corneal surface curvature of 120eyes was measured with Orbs canⅡ Orbscan corneal topography system on the 30th,60th,90th and 180th day,and was compared.The relationship between corneal surface curvature and preoperative intraocular pressure,load factor was also analyzed.Results:The preoperative corneal surface curvature radius was(6.53±0.24)μm;postoperative 30dposterior corneal surface curvature radius(6.40±0.25)μm,(6.44±0.23)μm,(6.41±0.22)μm and(6.38±0.21)μm on the 30th,60th,90th and 180th day,respectively.Factorial experiment results showed that different preoperative intraocular pressure and load factor could cause different surface curvature of early corneal.Surface curvature corneal had positive correlation with and preoperative intraocular pressure and load factor.Conclusion:Posterior corneal surface bulges forward 60dafter LASIK.It was stabilized gradually 60dafter operation.This forward bulging has positive correlation with preoperative intraocular pressure and load factor.Keywords:
