Abstract
Nanocrystalline Bi2S3 was synthesized in a convenient hydrothermal way at relatively low temperature, using BiCl3,Na2S2O3(or Na2S、S=C(NH2)2)as reactants.Several techniques including XRD、SEM and particle size analyzer were used to characterize the products. The results showed that the prepared products were proved to be orthorhombic Bi2S3 with morphology of nanorods, and the sizes of products could be controlled by using different sulphur sources, reaction temperature and reaction time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
