Abstract
The permanent magnet brushless DC motor has the advantages of high starting torque,strong overload capacity and high efficiency.But it will produce a lot of noise and vibration when the motor is running because of its large torque ripple.The direct torque control scheme of brushless DC motor is designed to reduce the torque ripple.The stator flux space vector and electromagnetic torque as variables are controlled,the purpose is to control the electromagnetic torque directly.Based on Matlab/Simulik software,the simulation model of control system is established,and simulation results show that motor torque ripple is inhibited effectively and the system control performance is improved.
