Abstract
Two new species of Haliotrema Johnston Tiegs, parasiting in the gills of Os-tichthys japonicus ( Cuvier Valenciennes ) and Branchiostegus argentatus (Cuvier Valenciennes) were described. Haliotrema pentaristulatus sp. nov. is similar to H. holocentri Young, 1968, H, epinephli Young, 1968 and H. cromileptis Young, 1968 in the shape of central anchors; the dorsal connective bar is similar to that of H. cromileptis; the ventral connective bar is similar to that of H. holocentri, and the new species differs from the known species in the structure and measurement of copulatory organ. Haliotrema tangi sp. nov. is similar to H. platycephali Yin Sproston, 1948 and H. macassaarensis(Yam, 1963) By-chowsky Nagibina 1971, in the shape of central anchors, but differs from the known species in the connective bar, the vaginal structure and copulatory organ.
