Clinical analysis of 23 patients with bilateral pneumothorax

Abstract

Objective To analyze 23 patients with bilateral pneumothorax.Methods 23 cases with bilateral pneumothrax were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among these cases,there were 15 cases of COPD,which was the first reason for the bilateral pneumothorax.Six cases died(26.1%).Conclusion COPD is the main reason for bilateral pneumothorax.
