Abstract

Objective:To determine the contents of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi.Methods: The HPLC was used.Results:The contents of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Radix Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi were 0.39% and 0.051% respectively.Conclusion: The developed method can be used for determination of baicalin and baicalein in the callus of Scutellaria Baicalensis Cpeorgi.
