Abstract

China's investment fund has existed for about ten years, but yet to develop. Now there are four problems in China's fund industry: first, a small scale of fund; secondly, close fund can't effectively form encouragement and restrain system; thirdly, imperfection of governance of funds management company,finally+6;information disclosure and outer surveillance's weakness.So,it's urgent for China to improve its competitive of investment fund in order to narrow the gap between China and developed countries.
