On Campus Culture and Traditional Chinese Culture Inheritance

Campus culture leads to the strong group dynamics through group consciousness,public opinion and customs,which arouses resonance among campus members and brings self-control and motivation to their behaviors.The main problems of the current campus culture include the commonality of utilitarianism,the weakness of traditional virtue,the skin-deep understanding of the traditional culture,and the seriousness of psychological problem of college students.Objectively,it is due to a synchronicity between economic transformation and cultural transformation.Subjectively,it is because of the inaccuracy of self-knowing as well as the cultural transformation.Therefore,inheriting the traditional Chinese culture in the process of the campus culture building should be done by rebuilding the education of the studies of the Chinese ancient civilization in order to carry forward the traditional Chinese culture,promote the education of classical culture,and improve the cultural taste.And it is also done by focusing on the construction of native culture to develop featured cultural construction and by encouraging cultural innovation on campus in order to integrate modern culture and traditional culture.
