Abstract
The antitumor effects of Xiaoruyanwan on 5 human tumor cell lines were determined by MTT assay. Results there were different degrees of antitumor effects for Xiaoruyanwan on 5 human tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. The highest dose had the highest tumor-inhibiting rate in vitro experiment. The tumor-inhibiting rates were respectively 69.17%,81.77%,62.72%,77.92% and 81.43% on GLC,MCF-7,KB,GONG-743 and MGC-803.In conclution, there were high antitumor effects for Xiaoruyanwan on human tumor cell lines in vitro.
