Government Policies on the Development of High-Tech Industry

Since entering 21st century, the high tech industry has an integrally risen and expanded tendency in the range of the world. With speeding up the speed of global economic integration, especially China's entry into WTO, the shock of overseas high tech industry to our home market will be more serious continuously. It will be more urgent for government to develop and protect the high tech industry. This thesis tries to probe into the solution to the urgent problems in the sectors of macro protection to work out laws, the necessary support of government laws, regulations and policies, actively open the high tech market and optimize the outer environment of high tech industrial development, etc.
