Abstract

Administer country with law is one of the methods of administer country.To realize the policy,it is necessary for society ruled by law to use legal culture.We not only use foreign legal culture but also investigate our traditional legal culture.We should explore and analyse the feature of traditional legal culture.It is necessary for society ruled by law to mingle the advantage of traditional legal culture with contemporary China legal culture and abandon the fault.
