PRACTICE AND COGNITION OF IMPROVING DRILLING RATE IN CHUANXI DEEP WELL

Abstract

Based on the analyzing the status quo and existent problems of improving drilling rate in Chuanxi deep well,and combined the application effect of new technology and tool,the matching technologies for improving drilling rate in Chuanxi deep well were put forward,that is exerting the advantage of drilling equipment,optimizing drilling parameter,using underbalanced drilling technique and high efficiency PDC bit.Field application results of the matching technology showed that the drilling cycle was shortened and penetration rate was improved.New PDC bit combined drilling and underbalanced drilling technique and the scientific management are the key of improving drilling rate in Chuanxi deep well.
