Since ductile iron matrix structure,graphite shape,machine performance and chemical composition are closely related,the chemical composition should be carefully designed.Iron smelting and spheroidizing,casting defects prevention should be controlled effectively.Finally,the paper discusses how to apply it to the actual production.
