Time Management of HLA/RTI comply with IEEE1516

Abstract

Time Management is one of the key services of HLA. The main contents of time management service in IEEE 1516 are described in the paper, including message ordering and transmission mechanism and logical time advancing mechanism. Then, with the practice of our RTI development, the implementation model of time management service of CORBA-based RTI is presented.
