Avoidance of Tendency of ‘Election Party’ and ‘Revolution Party’ in Party Building

It is the first task of the party building in new situation to adhere unwaveringly to the CPC's leadership and governance.To adhere to the Party's leadership and consolidate its governance,it should avoid the tendency of 'election party' or 'revolution party'.The Party needs both adhering to long governance and governing the country and the Party by the way of grabbing with both hands,two both must be hard.The essence of the Party's governance is to plan China' development,to fulfill its political pledges,to build the harmonious society and to advance the rule by law.Especially,it should be focused on the subjectively building party,through which can the road of governing party building with Chinese characteristics be explored.
