Reflections on the Optimization of Colleges and Universities' Moral Education's Internal System

The work of colleges and universities' moral education must give full scope to talent training in the new century. This paper explores the ranks construction of colleges and universities' moral education in three parts. We think that optimal organization of talents is the key to ranks construction of colleges and universities' moral education.
