Biodiversity and Floristic Characteristics of Pesticide Seed Plants in Henan Province

The biological diversity and floristic characteristics of pesticide seed plants in Henan Province were discussed.The results showed that there were 63 families,133 genera,190 species,3 subspecies,23 varieties of pesticide seed plants in Henan Province.Among them,there were 56 families,120 genera,172 species,3 subspecies and 23 varieties of dicotyledon,5 families,11 genera and 16 species of monocotyledon,2 families,2 genera and 2 species of gymnosperm.The north temperate,the pantropic,the East Asia,the cosmopolitan,the old world temperate and the East Asia and North America disjuncted distribution were main types of pesticide seed plants in Henan Province.The proportion of the tropic components to the temperate components in the flora was nearly sixty percent.
