Abstract

Theory of Constraints(TOC) thinks that any system has one constraint at least.If the constraint decides the velocity arriving at target of an enterprise or organization,then we must overcome the constraint to rapidly improve system outputs significantly.TOC is a kind of advanced management theory,which can make enterprises operate smoothly and has the significance of methodology for optimizing management of enterprises.
