Abstract
In the logical framework that personal characteristics affect job satisfaction,and job satisfaction affect organizational commitment,this paper used the technology enterprises in Xi'an Hi-tech industry Development Zone as an example to study the relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.With the different conclusions drawn by previous studies,One-way ANOVA results show that the gender and professional of knowledge worker have significant impact on job,but each dimension and organizational commitment are irrelevant.The analysis of the correlation between Job satisfaction and organizational shows that the three dimensions of job satisfaction with the continuance commitment(F6) is no correlation.The conclusion is the job satisfaction that representatives of work-related attitudes,involving economic indicators such as wages and benefits index less,but a continuance commitment is founded on the basis of economic principles.Therefore,enhancing the organization's continuance commitment of employees is not only to enhance employee job satisfaction,but also need to enhance economic indicators such as wages and benefits to start.
