Abstract
With the development of science and technology,video conferencing is widely used in various fields.The development of video conferencing system is introduced.The system is mainly composed of terminal,gatekeeper,gateway and MCU,which are used to achieve different functions.In the existing technology,in order to improve the performance of video conferencing system,the design and implementation of a portable video conferencing terminal based on H.323 protocol and personal communication device are proposed.
