Abstract

The indica-japonica index of 184 China mini core collection germplasm were quantified and evaluated with 34 pairs of InDel markers. The results showed that materials of close indica or japonica were few. The proportions of typical indica, indica, close to indica, intermediate type, close to japonica, japonica and typical japonica were 53.26%, 9.24%,1.63%,1.09%, 3.26%, 9.78% and 21.74%, respectively.
