Abstract
Decorin is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan gene family,The study shows that gene and protein of decorin correlate closely with the genesis and development of tissue fibrosis and organ fibrosis.The biology characteristics、tissues expression and anti- fibrosis mechanism of decorin were investigated by more scholars,The results indicates the effect of decorin in adjusting fibrosis formation.This article reviews the studys related to DCN of its gene and protein in fibrosis procedure.
