Abstract
Based on related definitions and exploration practice, subtle reservoirs are classified, the concepts of genetic subtle reservoirs and technical subtle reservoirs are proposed. Low resistivity, easily damaged reservoirs are categorized in the sphere of technical subtle reservoirs. In consideration of the characteristics of different types of subtle reservoirs, corresponding idea for the reservoir exploration is proposed for guiding the next exploration in Nanyang Depression.
