Control and Analysis of Rupture Lamination of Ship Plate Tensile Test

The reason of rupture lamination phenomena was analyzed during ship plate tensile test.It shows that the cause of rupture lamination of ship plate tensile test was heavy central segregation of slab by scanning of sample's metallurgical structure.Practice proved that it could largely decrease re-grading occurrence during rolled ship plate rupture tensile test by improving central segregation of slab.
