Abstract
Traffic policemen have to deal with great numbers of road traffic participants every day due to the road traffic law enforcement characteristics. The law enforcement process has a direct impact on traffic order and its effect results from the authority of law enforcement and cooperation of parties involved in it. This paper elaborates on the act of hindering or impeding against the law enforcement of traffic police, and explicates legal liability for hurting policemen in law enforcement, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the police while standardizing its law enforcement and assure road traffic safety.
