Abstract
Software reuse is a powerful means of improving the production rate and reducing the production costs.In recent years it has developed more rapidly at home and broad.The reusing technology of software based on reusable software components is discussed.The definition of software component model,software component generation process,software component base organization,software component index,and software reuse technology are presented.Three important ways for organizing software component base and two paths for searching the components are raised.The reusing methods and synthesis technology of software component are emphasized.
