Research on the Inter-governments Cooperation System During the Process of Integration in Yangtze River Delta Economic Area

Through the analysis of the plight lying in current inter-governments cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Area, taking the necessary of creating and improving three systems to improve the cooperation and development as penetration point, the author proposes the establishment of a comprehensive regional management agencies——the Regional Coordination Management Committee and non-governmental organization think tank groups——the Yangtze River Delta integration expert advisory committee. By putting the two forces together, the long-term and effective system can be found to promote the inter-governments cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Area.
