Integration and utilization electronic journal resources in university library

Abstract
This paper gives a brief account of three forms of electronic journals and the features of each form,proposes that university libraries should use the effective channel of network of libraries to do a good job in the integration and navigation of the e-journal resources,and further strengthen the work of the exploitation and utilization of e-journal resources so as to meet the needs of broad teachers and students.
