Study on Control Effect of Chitosan 0.5% WP Against Cucumber Downy Mildew

Abstract

In order to confirm the control effect of chitosan 0.5%WP against cucumber downy mildew in the greenhouse,the field control effect experiment was carried out.The results showed that the efficacy of chitosan0.5% WP with dosagfes of 3.0,6.0and 9.0g·hm-2 were 68.71% ~69.03%,81.79% ~82.52% and89.18%~90.49%respectively after saven days.Chitosan 0.5%WP was safe to cucumber plants and had better control efficiency to the cucumber downy mildew.The spraying dosage of 6.0~9.0g·hm-2 was recommended.
